Instructions

Thank you for your interest in the Ten Mile Lake Association. Please fill out the online membership application. Within 72 hours of completion you will receive an email that will prompt you to create a username and password to login to the Anchor. The Anchor will be your direct connection to your account and the Ten Mile Lake Association membership system.

IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OR HAVE BEEN IN THE PAST DO NOT USE THIS FORM. You may pay your dues online in the Anchor or by mail: P O BOX 412, Hackensack MN 56452, or contact the Membership Coordinator at membership@tenmilelake.org.

If you are applying for a Family Membership, use the Family Name box to set up your head of household names, such as Mary and Joe Smith, or John and Mary Doe. You should leave this field blank if applying for an Individual Membership.

Family Membership A - Property Owners and dependents $40 Annually

Property owner and spouse/partner, dependent children under 18 and parents who previously owned this property. This membership is entitled to one vote at the TMLA Annual meeting in August, and has password privileges.

Family Membership B - Adult children of the property owners, and their dependents $40 Annually

Adult Children of Property owners and spouse/partner and their dependent children under 18. This membership provides one vote at the Annual Meeting in August and does have password privileges.

Family Membership C - General public, visitors and friends of Ten Mile Lake $40 Annually

General public, relatives, friends and visitors. This is a non-voting membership for a family, and has no password privileges

Individual Membership A - Property owner with no dependents $40 Annually

Property owner. This membership is entitled to one vote at the TMLA Annual meeting in August, and has password privileges. This membership is for one person only and may not have additional people listed under this membership.

Individual Membership B - Adult Child of property owners $40 Annually

Adult Child of Property owners. This membership has one vote and has password privileges. This membership is for one person only and may not have additional people listed under this membership.

Individual Membership C - General public, visitors and friends of Ten Mile Lake $40 Annually

General public, relatives, friends and visitors. This is a non-voting membership, and has no password privileges.This membership is for one person only and may not have additional people listed under this membership.
